All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We ship for free in Canada. Always. On everything. It's that simple.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (from Canada Post) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

We are shipping fragile goods. Here's what to expect:

• All you items are individually protected in bubble wrap,
• Each item is slide inside a first box padded with foam on all sides, top and bottom,
• The first boxe(s) are loaded inside a second, larger box with more padding.
• Your item is safe! But if anything breaks, please see our refund policy.
